Gus has previously overseen IoT innovation across Kennard’s 180 branches, 1,700 employees, 100+ suppliers, 100,000+ serialised assets and thousands of clients. This gives him a proven track record in delivering cutting-edge digital evolution (including the Kennard group’s proprietary telemetry platform, EasyTRAK).

With an MBA from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Business and several accolades for his work in entrepreneurship, Gus is a thought leader in business strategy, growth and innovation, and a regular event speaker in the topic of performance through company culture.

With 20+ years’ IT and digital technology experience, Craig Kesby is an expert in the operational and commercial aspects of data communications networks and services.

Previously General Manager for Strategic Projects with Kennards Hire, Craig oversaw IoT development and implementation across Kennards’ proprietary EasyTRAK IoT platform. He was also responsible for new technology capabilities and business modelling.

Craig is well-connected across communications and government, having played a key role in the industry and government engagement for the National Broadband Network during his time with Ericsson.
Holding an EMBA from Sydney University, Craig is a treasure trove of knowledge across industrial IoT companies and machine learning.

Max Girault is a business technology enthusiast with 12+ years’ experience in telecommunications, cloud computing, IoT, digital evolution and space.

He has an extensive background in overseeing strategy, business development and technological implementation for the likes of Ericsson, Kennards and Fleet Space Technologies. Additionally, Max has directed projects that cover everything from satellite communications to cloud networking.

Max holds both a Master of Engineering and a Master of Science, and is an Industry Mentor on IoT for the University of New South Wales.

With 13 years’ experience across IT infrastructure and strategy with Kennards Hire, Mitch Hirsch is a specialist in network design, architecture, and performance.

Mitch has overseen technology deployment and support for thousands of clients across the industrial sector and has a proven background in IoT engagement, product management, and delivery.

Mitch is a proven information technology professional with a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Beginning his career as a firefighter and paramedic, Josh dedicated 15 years to the community as a public servant with the City of Lenexa Fire Department, rising to the rank of Fire Lieutenant before his departure. Josh’s early adoption of SafetyCulture, an Australian tech unicorn, in 2012 paved the way for a strong working relationship with the business, ultimately leading him to become the company’s first US-based employee.
During his tenure, Josh played a critical role in establishing and scaling SafetyCulture’s US presence, contributing to its growth from zero revenue to more than US$15 million annually while building a team of 50 employees, based in Kansas City.
Following this, Josh transitioned to Brink's, where he held a senior operational role focusing on risk, including safety and security, strategy and controls. It was here that Josh first encountered Inauro and our Perspio™ platform, setting the foundation for his current role.
