Technical details and requirements
Getting this integration going is easy.
Step 1
We’ll ask you to provide us with a list of serial numbers of the devices you want to see in Perspio, as well as a contact for your Digital Matter reseller.
Step 2
We’ll then provide you with a list of custom values to load against those devices in the Digital Matter device manager.
Note: Digital Matter charges a fee to transfer data to a second platform.
Step 3
Once this is done, you’ll start seeing the information flow through to your Perspio tenant, and we’ll be able to start cleaning it up, integrating it with other feeds and generating the workflows you’re after.
