Inauro is thrilled to announce its US expansion with the opening of a new office in Frisco, Texas, and the appointment of Josh Yeamans as Head of North America.

With a proven track record in scaling operations and driving technological adoption, Josh will lead Inauro’s mission to deliver cutting-edge Industrial AI to industries such as construction, logistics and equipment rental across the US.

Meet Josh Yeamans

Josh has an impressive track record of leadership and innovation.

Beginning his career as a firefighter and paramedic, Josh dedicated 15 years to the community as a public servant with the City of Lenexa Fire Department, rising to the rank of Fire Lieutenant before his departure. Josh’s early adoption of SafetyCulture, an Australian tech unicorn, in 2012 paved the way for a strong working relationship with the business, ultimately leading him to become the company’s first US-based employee.

During his tenure, Josh played a critical role in establishing and scaling SafetyCulture’s US presence, contributing to its growth from zero revenue to more than US$15 million annually while building a team of 50 employees, based in Kansas City.

Following this, Josh transitioned to Brinks, where he held a senior operational role focusing on risk, including safety and security, strategy and controls. It was here that Josh first encountered Inauro and our Perspio™ platform, setting the foundation for his current role.

Max Girault, Inauro’s Chief Commercial Officer, explains, “As an Inauro customer, Josh understood the value of what we do. Combined with his history of fostering meaningful customer relationships and driving technological adoption, he perfectly aligned with Inauro’s ethos of understanding customer operations to deliver impactful automated solutions.”

Josh adds, “I was impressed with Inauro’s commitment to their customers and the problems they were solving. When I worked with them at Brinks, I saw just how fast they would adapt and implement new technologies and strategies to address their customers’ and industry challenges.”

The importance of the US market

The US represents an exciting frontier for Inauro. As more and more companies look to adopt AI, opportunities abound to optimise operations across various industries, including construction, logistics and equipment rental.

At the helm of Inauro’s North American operations, Josh is uniquely equipped to navigate this dynamic market and help businesses solve the challenges caused by a lack of integration among disparate systems and technologies.

“Businesses in industries such as construction, logistics and equipment rental often struggle with fragmented systems and mixed fleets that lack centralised integration for their sensors and telemetry devices,” Josh says. “There’s a critical need for a flexible solution that bridges these gaps, along with driving actionable results across operations to deliver a safer, more efficient and lean organisation.

“Inauro is positioned to bring all that data together, regardless of device or system,” he adds. “This flexibility allows businesses to integrate systems, unlock operational efficiencies and reduce onboarding complexities.”

A shared vision for Inauro

Josh sees enormous potential for Inauro to revolutionise industries where operational workflow automation and sensor integration remain untapped. By focusing on Industrial AI solutions for construction technology, logistics management and equipment rental, Inauro delivers device-agnostic solutions to address critical industry challenges.

“Inauro’s ability to provide a software-first, device-agnostic solution sets us apart. It’s not about selling hardware — it’s about solving operational problems and delivering measurable outcomes.”

In the immediate term, Josh’s goals include forging partnerships across multiple sectors, growing Inauro’s US footprint, and championing Perspio™ as a transformative platform for businesses seeking to make sense of complex data environments.

He’s also focused on building awareness of Inauro’s innovative capabilities in untapped sectors, such as airport ground handling and off-road equipment. By refining the onboarding process for US customers, he will also help create self-serve functionalities that streamline adoption and accelerate results.

With its new Texas office, Inauro is positioned to collaborate with US businesses and lead the way in smart asset and condition monitoring through AI and automation. By focusing on workflow automation for industries like construction technology and equipment rental, Inauro is set to drive innovation and operational excellence across the US.

Max explains: “The US is a critical market for Industrial AI automation, and having Josh on board gives us the expertise and leadership we need to succeed.”

The future of workflow automation

Josh’s addition to the Inauro team marks an important step in our evolution and presence in the United States. With Josh leading the charge, we’re confident that Inauro’s solutions will empower even more US businesses to harness the true potential of IoT-powered workflow automation.
